작업 소개
57STUDIO가 제작한 ‘미술관에書 여우樂’ 시리즈는 코로나19 상황 속에서도 문화의 끊임없는 흐름을 이어가기 위해 국립극장이 개최한 ‘2020 여우락 페스티벌’의 일환으로 진행된 온라인 무관중 공연입니다. 이 시리즈는 국립극장 여우락 밴드에 참여한 12명의 음악가들이 국립현대미술관에서 열린 ‘미술관에 書: 한국 근현대 서예전’—국립현대미술관 개관 이래 최초의 서예 단독 기획전—의 전시 공간에서 선보인 특별한 공연을 담았습니다.
The ‘Museum by Calligraphy, Music by Yeowoorak’ series produced by 57STUDIO is an online performance without an audience, conducted as part of the ‘2020 Yeowoorak Festival’ by the National Theater, even amid the COVID-19 situation to continue the flow of culture. This series features performances by 12 musicians from the National Theater’s Yeowoorak Band, held at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in the exhibition space of ‘Museum by Calligraphy: Korean Modern and Contemporary Calligraphy Exhibition’—the museum’s first-ever solo calligraphy exhibition since its opening.
