작업 소개

57STUDIO는 국제갤러리에서 개최된 오스카 무리조의 개인전 《Catalyst》의 전시 도큐멘트 영상을 기획 및 제작하였습니다. 이번 전시는 작가가 지난 6년간 다양한 매체로 펼쳐온 작업을 집약해 선보인 국내 첫 개인전입니다.

드로잉, 회화, 설치, 영상이 조화를 이루는 전시는 화이트큐브 공간을 에너지가 응축된 장으로 변모시키며, 작가 특유의 감각적 긴장감을 드러냅니다. 57STUDIO는 이러한 공간의 밀도와 작품 간의 역동적 흐름을 포착하고, 관람자의 움직임을 따라 전시의 구조와 리듬을 영상으로 구성하였습니다.

57STUDIO planned and produced the exhibition documentary video for Catalyst, a solo exhibition by Oscar Murillo held at Kukje Gallery. This marked the artist’s first solo show in Korea and brought together works from the past six years across various media.

Featuring a dynamic blend of drawing, painting, installation, and video, the exhibition transformed the white cube space into a charged field of energy, revealing Murillo’s signature sense of sensory tension. 57STUDIO captured the density of the space and the dynamic flow between artworks, structuring the video to follow the viewer’s movement and convey the rhythm and architecture of the exhibition.
